Our Classes

Hot Pilates is an exercise system to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. This class uses Pilates principals, HIIT ( high intensity interval training) and Tabata training. Exercises are performed on a mat. This “cardio” type class is designed to burn fat. Be prepared to elevate your heart rate, increase circulation, tone and strengthen your muscle and burn a ton of calories while having all the fun. All levels welcome.
