Open Your Back

Our Classes

Open your back is a well tested and proven system of physical exercises and basic Hatha yoga postures to increase the strength and flexibility of the spine. This one hour session of backbends and basic spinal postures will give you tremendous strength and flexibility in your spine and is good for all levels of yoga practitioners. This class will be streamed live via zoom and it will be led by the founders of this systems who reside in Mexico. There will be a practitioner in the studio able to demonstrate in person the postures of this sequence.
